చాణక్య నీతి ప్రకారం ఒక వ్యక్తి విద్యా సాధనాలు లేని ప్రదేశంలో నివసించకూడదు. అలాంటి చోట ఉండడం నివసించడం అర్థరహితం. జ్ఞానం లేని జీవితం అసంపూర్ణంగా పరిగణించబడుతుంది. ఇలా విద్యా సంస్థలు లేని ప్రదేశంలోని చిన్నారుల జీవితంలో కూడా ఇబ్బందులు ఏర్పడతాయి......
